A: All patients must have approval for cannabis prescription from an authorized California medical doctor in order to obtain medical cannabis from the San Diego Medical dispensary. We must validate all patients’ prescriptions before delivery. All patients must be at least 18 years old and must have a patient ID number, a medical prescription, and a California driver’s license or California photo ID card. Deliveries will only be made to the individual to whom the prescription has been issued; we will not deliver to relatives or friends of the patient.
